36th Mid-Atlantic Macromolecular Crystallography Meeting

It is hoped that everyone will try to register by May 11, so that we
can get a head count for the meals and activities for this year's Meeting.

Information about registration:

  1. The registration fee of $50 covers Thursday's dinner at the Magnolia Room (a 5-minute walk from the Benson Center), continental breakfasts and lunches on Friday and Saturday, and Friday's catered dinner at 4th Street Jazz & Blues. Deadline for Thursday and Friday dinner reservations is May 25 (please note: May 29 is the Memorial Day holiday). Important: The Thursday night dinner and the Friday evening downtown events both involve short outdoor walks. Please come prepared in the event of rain!
  2. Three housing options are available: 1) Polo Residence Hall on the WFU Campus ($35-39 per person per night), 2) the nearby Courtyard Winston-Salem University ($86-95 per room per night; meeting rate valid until May 18), and 3) the nearby Sundance Plaza Hotel ($70 per room per night; meeting rate valid until May 1). Sign-up for Polo Hall housing is done via your registration form. These rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations with the hotels are to be made directly, by the participant. Be sure to indicate that you are with the "Mid-Atlantic Crystallography" group.
  3. We strongly encourage participants to send their registration fees (plus Polo Hall room costs, if applicable) early! In any event, these fees and room costs are due at latest at registration on June 1 (1:30-3:30), by personal or cashier's check or by money order.
