All charges for DNA sequencing will be billed to a WFUSM account number (or Purchase Order number for non-WFUSM users) at the end of each month. The principal investigator will be billed through the controllers office but will receive a monthly billing summary from the DNA Sequencing Laboratory.

If a system error or operator error has occured, your sample will be re-run one time at no cost to you. You will be charged the standard price for the additional reactions. Each gel run includes control reactions so the operator can determine if a system error has occurred.
