Retrieving your sequencing data
After a sample is sequenced at the DNA sequencing core facility two files are created: a text sequence file (.seq) and an ABI trace file (.abi). Both of these files will be uploaded to the csb.wfu.edu server for you to download. (See instructions below...)

Obtaining a Username and Password
You will need to get a username and password to log
in to view your results. This is NOT the same user/pass
combo that you use for sample submission, Seqweb,
or Gene login. Please contact mlively@wfubmc.edu
or ejung@wfubmc.edu
to do this.
Existing users change your password

The ABI trace file can be viewed using one of the following editors.
> Download Sequence Scanner for Windows from Applied Biosystems
> Download Chromas for Windows from Technelysium Ltd.
> Download EditView for Macintosh from Applied Biosystems
